The 100-hour training is a deep immersion for those looking
to expand their practice or begin their yoga and Ayurveda
journey—without the full teacher certification. 200-hour is a
foundational, Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training.
300-hour is an advanced module for teachers wanting to build
on their 200-hour certification. Each program can be taken
separately, depending on your goals and prior experience.
All levels are welcome! The 100-hour and
200-hour programs are open to beginners as well as
experienced practitioners. The 300-hour advanced training
requires a completed 200-hour teacher training certificate.
Our 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings are fully
registered with Yoga Alliance. The 100-hour immersion offers
a certificate of completion, and those hours can be applied toward a
200/300-hour certification if you continue your studies with us.
Tuition includes all classes, workshops, manuals, and certificates.
