I attended the Yoga and Ayurveda teacher training course in March 2018. This was hands down THE BEST decision I could have made. We learned about philosophy, history of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, Business of Yoga, and Asanas. Matea and Dr. Ada were very informative and available for questions or concerns. Both teachers have been studying Yoga and Ayurveda for most of their lives and are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and passionate. I completed the course and received a certification as a Ayurvedic Practitioner and a certification from Yoga Alliance. I think being in the beautiful jungles of Costa Rica made the experience even better being surrounded by so much life force energy. It was certainly an experience that will enrich me for the rest of my life. The best part is that the learning doesn’t stop after you graduate. Matea has her own private FB group where we can post along with the other teachers. She’s also very detailed and responsive via messenger. Thank you Hari-Om Yoga and Ayurveda from the bottom of my heart for teaching me these amazing tools and being so supportive on this journey.
Taking my yoga teacher training at Hari OM was the most transformative experience of my life. My instructor Matea is full of knowledge and wisdom. She is an incredible instructor who wants all her students to succeed. I feel confident in my ability to teach classes because of all the practice this training offers. I had an amazing experience with Hari Om Yoga in Croatia. My instructor Matea is a wealth of information regarding yoga, Hindu philosophy and Anatomy. I liked that she's more traditional in her approach than other teachers who have changed yoga from its roots into a hybrid that is almost unrecognizable. She's full of love, life and passion for her practice and has made a life changing impact on me.
My experience at Hari OM was a transformative, educational, and life-changing experience! Exceptional instruction in a caring, loving environment where you feel safe to really explore what your gift is as a yoga teacher.
