Tibetan singing bowls have been used for centuries in Eastern cultures, before becoming popular around the world. The bowls are used in a variety of ways – in group and private settings, paired with yoga, meditation, reiki, therapy and more.
Sound baths are incredibly soothing, invigorating and rejuvenating, they are suited for everyone and are beneficial on many levels. Sound therapy with Tibetan bowls is based on the effect the harmonious tones and sound frequencies have on the neurological level.

This is an immersion-style course, offering intensive study, personal practice, and healing. The course includes morning yoga classes and daily theory and practice hours.
You will have free time to explore the area and enjoy Costa Rica, therefore the course also resembles an educational retreat.
Become a sound healer, add Tibetan singing bowl meditation to your yoga and meditation classes, Reiki energy therapies, or other holistic offerings.
Optional: Take Reiki training in combination with your sound healing meditation course to become a Sound healer and Reiki practitioner in one.

Tamarindo is a beautiful surf beach town on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica (Central America). The weather is warm year long, with occasional showers during the rainy season.
Yoga Ashram Costa Rica is a beautiful retreat center in the mountains, close to the town and beach of Tamarindo (10 min drive or 30 min walk). Designed by Eco-conscious principles, boutique with an intimate size of participants in each retreat, it was created as a blend of East and West, offering the traditional Ashram spiritual atmosphere, with the modernized comforts and experience.

Varaždin is a city on the Drava River, in northern Croatia. It’s known for its baroque and rococo architecture, including the 17th-century Sermage Palace, displaying Croatian and international old masters and modern paintings. Old town castle is located right in the center and is a popular tourist attraction. The course is taking place in our guesthouse Zen Garden, a cozy home close to the center of town.
I attended the Yoga and Ayurveda teacher training course in March 2018. This was hands down THE BEST decision I could have made. We learned about philosophy, history of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, Business of Yoga, and Asanas. Matea and Dr. Ada were very informative and available for questions or concerns. Both teachers have been studying Yoga and Ayurveda for most of their lives and are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and passionate. I completed the course and received a certification as a Ayurvedic Practitioner and a certification from Yoga Alliance. I think being in the beautiful jungles of Costa Rica made the experience even better being surrounded by so much life force energy. It was certainly an experience that will enrich me for the rest of my life. The best part is that the learning doesn’t stop after you graduate. Matea has her own private FB group where we can post along with the other teachers. She’s also very detailed and responsive via messenger. Thank you Hari-Om Yoga and Ayurveda from the bottom of my heart for teaching me these amazing tools and being so supportive on this journey.
Taking my yoga teacher training at Hari OM was the most transformative experience of my life. My instructor Matea is full of knowledge and wisdom.
