Where is the Yoga Ashram located?
Our ashram is located in Los Jobos, just 2 miles behind Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We welcome visitors by appointment.
Can I schedule a private consultation or tour?
Yes, we offer private consultations for Ayurveda and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology). We also welcome tours of our ashram facilities by appointment. Please contact us to schedule.
What should I bring to a visit or retreat?
We recommend bringing comfortable yoga clothes, swimwear, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), insect repellent, a water bottle, and a journal. We provide yoga mats and props, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Are your programs suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our retreats and 200-hour teacher trainings are designed to be accessible for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our teachers are skilled at adapting to individual needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for our teacher trainings. A deposit is required to secure your spot, and the remaining balance can be paid in installments. Please contact us for specific details.
How do I get to the Ashram from the airport?
The closest airport is the local Tamarindo airport. The nearest international airport is Liberia (LIR), about 1 hour away. We can help coordinate a shuttle transfer for you. San Jose (SJO) is about 4-5 hours away. Let us know your flight details and we can assist with arrangements.
