Hari OM School of Yoga and Ayurveda is dedicated to offering high quality educational training and retreats year long.
We offer workshops and training in Costa Rica, Croatia, Miami and other beautiful international locations.
Our Yoga immersion and teacher training is designed to offer you the theoretical knowledge and practical experience you need to immerse yourself into various mindful practices and become a top-notch Yoga practitioner and instructor. We pride ourselves to be one of the few schools of Yoga that can practically guarantee you’ll be ready to teach professionally by the end of our training.
We welcome all levels of practitioners, and so we currently offer three levels of Yoga training: 200-hour Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training is the basics for becoming a certified professional Yoga Instructor, and 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training where you go in-depth into the practice of Yoga and teaching Yoga at an advanced level. At last a very important to us, is the 100-hour Yoga Immersion for beginners who want to improve their Yoga practice and gain a deeper understanding of the philosophy and Yoga lifestyle.
