No! Our Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats are open and welcoming to all levels, from complete beginners eager to start their journey to advanced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding and practice.

Q: Are meals and accommodations included in residential programs?

Yes, all of our residential Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats include comfortable accommodations at our Yoga Ashram Retreat Center and healthy, nourishing, vegan/vegetarian meals prepared with local ingredients.

What is the difference between Ayurveda Fundamentals and Specialization?

Fundamentals (50 hrs) covers the core principles, including the Doshas, daily rhythms (Dinacharya), and foundational nutrition for health coaching. Specialization (50 hrs) is an advanced module that dives deeper into clinical assessment, pulse diagnosis, tongue analysis, and complex herbal therapies.

Yes, our Ayurveda trainings are recognized by Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education (YACEP) credits. They can also be taken as elective modules within our 200-hour or 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training programs.
