Hari OM Yoga & Ayurveda is located in the beautiful hills on the back of Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We are surrounded by lush nature and are only a short drive to the beach.

Do I need previous yoga experience for your trainings or retreats?

No! Our Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats are open and welcoming to all levels, from complete beginners eager to start their journey to advanced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding and practice.

Are meals and accommodations included in residential programs?

Yes, all of our residential Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats include comfortable accommodations at our Yoga Ashram Retreat Center and healthy, nourishing, vegan/vegetarian meals prepared with local ingredients.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, training, or retreat offered by Hari OM Yoga & Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation or payment.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all adults aged 18 and older. Minors may be allowed to participate only with prior written consent from their legal guardians.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full by the date specified in your program details.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable up to 1-year after the deposit payment.
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the start date may be refunded or transferred less the deposit/transfer fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the start date or after the program has begun.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive, and non-disruptive environment. Harassment, participation while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair motor skills or judgment, or violation of our community guidelines may result in removal from the program with no refund.

5. Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or allergies prior to arrival. Participation involves inherent risks of physical injury. By attending, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks and hereby release Hari OM Yoga & Wellness, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages. You confirm that you have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician.

6. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, and online resources are the intellectual property of Hari OM Yoga & Wellness and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may transfer their registration to a future date or receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable fees).

9. Limitation of Liability

Hari OM Yoga & Wellness is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.

10. Media Release

We may take photos or videos during programs for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your image/likeness unless you explicitly opt-out in writing prior to the start of the program.

11. Property & Environment

As a spiritual sanctuary, we maintain a strict drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free environment. The possession or use of these substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. Additionally, to respect our plant-based environment, participants are prohibited from bringing non-vegan edibles onto the premises.
