If a child is unwell, recently exposed to a contagious illness, or needs special support, please disclose that before arrival so the team can advise whether participation is appropriate. Any waiver, intake, emergency contact, or media consent requirements will be part of the registration flow before attendance is confirmed.

Kids Camp is for children ages 3 and up who are comfortable in a small-group, guided setting. It is a playful, grounded experience with movement, creativity, rest, and nature connection.
Children are supervised by the Hari OM team in a structured group rhythm. Activities are age-appropriate, and facilitators aim to keep the environment calm, respectful, and attentive to each child’s needs.
Families should complete the registration form and share the child’s full name, age, primary guardian contact, emergency contact, pickup authorization, allergies, medications, health needs, behavioral notes, and any relevant support details before camp begins.
Depending on the registration flow, families may be asked to complete a waiver, intake form, emergency contact form, and consent agreement before attendance is confirmed. These forms help the team understand responsibilities and care for each child safely.
Please keep a child home if they have fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, contagious symptoms, or any illness that could make participation unsafe for them or the group. If symptoms appear before camp, please notify the team as soon as possible.
Photo and video permission is requested through the registration consent process. If you do not want your child included in public-facing images or video, please state that clearly in writing before participation.
